Who are we?
Southview Shores Waterfront Community
- Established in 2004.
- Southview Shores Waterfront Community is a single family residence community of 88 parcels located on the shores of beautiful Lake Petenwell.
- No short-term rental of property in Southview Shores is allowed. Please see amendment #2 for more details.
- Lake Petenwell is Wisconsin’s 2nd largest lake covering 23,040 acres. Fish include; Muskie, Northern Pike, Walleye, Large Mouth Bass, Small Mouth Bass and Panfish.
- The lake has a sandy bottom and offers over 100 miles of shoreline.
- The residential sites are either waterfront or lake access that include a boat slip on the lake.
- Our community is managed by a Home Owners Association and governed by Covenants and By-Laws.
